Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. 4-1BBL, which is one of TNF* super families, consists of 185 amino acid residues.. (* TNF: Tumor Necrocis Factor) 4-1BBL is expressed in activated B-cells, dendritic cells, activated T-cells and macrophages. It binds with 4-1BBL receptor (CD137) and acts as a costimulatory signal for activation and proliferation of T-cells. Source: E. coli expressed human soluble 4-1BBL Formulation: Lyophilized from 5 mmol/L Tris, pH 8.0 + 75 mmol/L NaCl Biological activity: The ED₅₀ is 5 - 10 ng/mL determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of IL-8 production by human PBMC. Reconstitution: Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1 - 1.9 mg/mL. Do not vortex. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers. Endotoxin: less than 0.1 ng/μg Note: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycle.
