Outline	This product is a cytokine without use of any animal-derived raw materials in the process of culture and purification. IL-15 has T cell-activating activity and is also thought to be required for growth, activation, and survival of NK cells. Moreover, overexpression of IL-15 is thought to be associated with rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel diseases, and HIV and HTLV-1 associated diseases. This product is a protein of 12.9 kDa consisting of 115 amino acid residues. This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.
