It is expressed in B cells, T cells, and monocytes among others. CD30 ligand binds specifically to CD30 receptor, initiates a signaling cascade and activates NF-Kappa B. CD30 ligand is thought to be associated with diseases such as Hodgkin's lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), atopic dermatitis, and HIV infection. This product is a soluble protein with His8 tag at the extracellular domain and N-terminus. TNF = Tumor Necrosis Factor
