By promoting cell differentiation and proliferation, the FGF family of proteins plays a central role in prenatal development, postnatal growth and various tissue regeneration processes. FGF10 is known to be significantly involved with FGF7 (also known as keratinocyte growth factor or KGF). The FGF10 signaling pathway is mediated by FGFR2b/KGFR. This product is a 19.3 kDa protein consisting of 170 amino acids.
