蛍光タンパク質標識
Jackson社 Phycoerythrin(R-PE)、Allophycocyanin(APC) 、PerCP 標識二次抗体
Jackson社は、Phycoerythrin(R-PE)、Allophycocyanin(APC)、Peridinin-Chlorophyll-Protein(PerCP)の3種類の蛍光タンパク質標識⼆次抗体、ストレプトアビジン、免疫グロブリンをラインアップしています。
R-PEはRed macrophytic algae(大型の紅藻類)由来、APCはスピルリナ(らん藻類)由来の集光性を示すフィコビリタンパク質です。PerCPは渦鞭毛藻由来のペリジニン-クロロフィル-タンパク質複合体を使用しています。
特長
- 広範囲な可視スペクトルで励起可能
- 高い水溶性
- 比較的低いpI
- 炭水化物との結合はみられない
- 高分子であるため細胞や組織への透過はみられない
- フローサイトメトリーにおける細胞のラベル化に最適
