| Outline | This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. This is a selective ATP-competitive inhibitor of TGF-beta 1 receptors (TGF-beta R1, TGFR-1, T beta R-1, ALK5). It inhibits cell growth of TGF-beta dependent mouse fibroblasts NIH3T3 and transcriptase activity in mink lung cells. It also suppresses infiltration of breast cancer cell MDA-MB-231 in a matrigel assay. |
