Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. This cytokine is produced without using animal derived components in culture process. SDF-1α belongs to the CXC subfamily of α-chemokines and is primarily produced by bone marrow stromal cells. SDF-1α induces chemotaxis of B and T cells via CXCR4-mediated signal transduction and has also been found to strongly inhibit HIV-1 infection of lymphocyte cell lines. This product is a 8.0 kDa protein with 68 amino acid residues.
