Preparation PC and PPC
The Limulus ES-II Plus CS Single Test Wako comes with a low content of CSE (Control Standard Endotoxin), and indicates the titer tested using the endotoxin standard specified in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP-RSE).
PC and PPC are prepared by dissolving lyophilized CSE to the midpoint concentration (0.1 EU/mL) of the standard curve. PC can be prepared by dissolving CSE in water for endotoxin testing, and PPC can be prepared by dissolving CSE directly in sample.
※ When adding samples from low content CSE to Limulus ES-II Single reagent, it is convenient to use the BioClean Tip Wako® Extend S II.
