Directly Detection of exosomes in biofluids
Exosomes in biofluids were detected using PS Capture™ Exosome ELISA Kit (Streptavidin HRP) (Product code: 298-80601). Anti CD9, Rat Monoclonal Antibody (30B), Biotin Conjugated (Product Code: 019-27953) was used as a primary antibody. Then, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB solution in the ELSIA kit were used for detection.

Exosomes in cell culture supernatant of COLO201 cells were detected using PS Capture™ Exosome ELISA Kit (Streptavidin HRP) (Product Code: 298-80601). As primary antibodies, Anti CD9, Rat Monoclonal Antibody (30B), Biotin Conjugated (Product Code: 019-27953) and three competitive anti CD9 antibodies (biotin conjugated) were used. Then, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB solution in the ELSIA kit were used for detection.

CD9 proteins on exosomes isolated using MagCapture™ Exosome Isolation Kit PS (Product Code: 293-77601) were detected with Anti CD9, Rat Monoclonal Antibody (30B), Biotin Conjugated (Product Code: 019-27953) using a Western Blot method in non-reducing conditions.
