Immunoprecipitation | 5 - 50 μg/assay |
Please optimize the most appropriate concentration for your analysis and samples.
Application Data
Exosomes were purified from COLO201 cell culture supernatant and used for comparison of detection sensitivity of Western Blotting.
This product was capable of detecting CD63 protein on exosome surface at a sensitivity higher than those of Competitors A and B.

Overview / Applications
Outline | This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. It is a mouse monoclonal antibody against CD63 (lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 3: LAMP3) produced from hybridoma (Clone No. 3-13). CD63 is a membrane protein with four transmembrane domains and is used as a marker protein for activated blood platelets. It is also present in monocytes and macrophages, and it is known to be weakly expressed in granulocytes, B cells and T cells. In recent years, CD63 has been used as a marker of extracellular vesicles, and proteins, microRNAs, DNA and the like contained in these vesicles attract attention. [Solution composition] 1 x TBS (pH 7.2), 50% glycerol, 0.05 w/v% sodium azide [Immunized animals] mouse [Clone No.] 3-13 [Bound antibody subclass] IgG1 [Storage conditions] -20°C |
