Overview / Applications

Outline Anti human CD63 (lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 3: LAMP3) mouse monoclonal antibody was produced by hybridoma, clone No. 3-13.
This antibody is labeled with biotin.

CD63 has the four transmembrane domains, and known as the marker of platelet activation. It also known as the marker of the extracellular vesicles.

This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.
It is biotin-labeled antibody of mouse monoclonal antibody against CD63 (lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 3: LAMP3) produced from hybridoma (Clone No. 3-13).
CD63 is a membrane protein with four transmembrane domains and is a tetraspanin protein known as a marker protein of activated platelets. It is also present in monocytes and macrophages, and it is known to be weakly expressed in granulocytes, B cells and T cells.
In recent years, CD63 has been used as a marker of extracellular vesicles, and proteins, microRNAs, DNA and the like contained in these vesicles attract attention.
