Product Overview
CD133 also known as Prominin-1 or AC133 is a protein belonging to the Prominin family, and was identified as a cell surface marker of hematopoietic stem cells. It is known as a marker for cancer stem cells (CSCs) derived from solid tumors. Therefore, it has been used as a marker for isolating stem cells from a wide range of human and mouse tissues and tumors.
This product is a mouse monoclonal antibody against human CD133. It can be used for immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and Western blotting.
