TERT (Teromerase ReverseTranscriptase) is one of the subunit of teromerase, which consists of TERT, TERC, dyskerin and more subunits. The mutations in the promoter region of TERT gene have been found in various cancers including diffuse gliomas, and have been demonstrated the importance of the TERT promoter mutations in the classification of diffuse gliomas. Anti TERT, monoclonal antibody (TMab-6) is established against the synthetic peptide of hTERT. This antibody is useful for immunohistochemistry. This product is for laboratory use only ; use in any such application is the responsibility of the users.
