Anti Dog Podoplanin, Monoclonal Antibody (PMab-38)

This is the first monoclonal antibody generated against dog podoplanin. It hardly react with dog lymphatic endothelial cells (normal cells), while gives an excellent staining (IHC) of glomerular podocytes, Bowman’s capsules, squamous cell carcinoma cells, cancer-associated fibroblasts, and lymphatic endothelium cells (melanoma cells). It is suitable for detection of podoplanin derived from cancer cells in dogs.
