Amino Acids Analysis (Analytical Standards and Standard Solutions)
Amino acids are organic compounds that constitute proteins, one of the energy-producing nutrients. The amino acid concentrations in blood (plasma) are precisely controlled, and fluctuations in amino acids in biological fluids are used as indicators of body metabolism and disease. With the progress in the development of technology to screen for the possibility of future diseases, it is required to measure amino acids in blood samples and quantify amino acids more accurately.
Fujifilm Wako was acquired for the first time in Japan as an "amino acids mixture standard solution producer " on the basis of the accreditation system of the National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (ASNITE), and we sell the Amino Acids Mixture Standard Solution as the certified reference materials (CRMs) with assured metrological traceability*1. We also offer Amino Acids Mixture Standard Solution [High Range Type (high centration than CRM, and non-CRM)] and Mixture Internal Standard Solution prepared with our highly accurate liquid preparation technology cultivated through the development of Amino Acids Mixture Standard Solution (CRM). By using these standard solutions, it is possible to evaluate the concentrations of multiple amino acids at once and with greater precision.
*1: What is "metrological traceability"?
It is property of a measurement result whereby the result can be related to a reference through a documented unbroken chain of calibrations.
Features
Amino Acids Mixture Standard Solutions (CRM)*
- CRM with assured metrological traceability (SI traceable).
- Uncertainty obtained from stability, homogeneity is assigned.
- The certificate that describes impurities of amino acids is attached.
- Use of "SI traceable reference materials" as raw materials.
- Lineup of five products with different compositions.
Amino Acids Mixture Standard Solutions [High Range Type (non-CRM)]*
- Amino acids mixture standard solution at high concentration than CRM.
- Prepared using high-precision liquid preparation technology cultivated through the development of CRM
- Use "analytical standard with assured amino acids as an impurity" or "reference material with assured SI traceability" as raw materials
- Lineup of three products with different compositions

Traceability Mechanism of Amino Acids Mixture Standard Solutions (CRM)
This product uses NMIJ CRM or TRM (SI Traceable Reference Material) as raw materials.. Fujifilm Wako has established a reference material production system based on ISO 17034 by transferring accurate liquid preparation technology from National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ), obtaining stability data and concentration confirmation tests at Fujifilm Wako. Using the amino acids mixture standard solution (CRM) assures a reliable amino acid measurement.
Certificate for Amino Acids Mixture Standard Solutions (CRM)*
*Certificates with logos are only available in Japanese.
