Exosome Marker Antibodies
The tetraspanin family such as CD9, CD63 and CD81 are used as marker proteins for exosomes. We offer highly sensitive monoclonal antibodies established by the DNA immunization method and have confirmed that it can be used for Western blot, flow cytometry, ELISA and immunoprecipitation.
Features
- High Sensitivity
- Cost-Effective Price

Reactivity information
++ : Reactive
+ : Weak Reactive
± : A little reactive
- : Non-reactive
Evaluating a reactivity
The reactivity of this antibody against a serum of each organisms was measured by ELISA.
When the signal value was the same level as the blank, it was judged as "non-reactive".
Antibody Selection Guide
*Phosphatidyl-Serine Affinity-based ELISA (PS ELISA) uses a Tim4 protein for capturing EVs.
