Recovery performance of recombinant PA tag fusionEGFP protein spiked into K562 cell lysate was evaluated.

Purification of recombinant PA tag conjugated EGFP was achieved under any of the above elution conditions.
Regeneration recycling of anti-PA tag antibody-coated magnetic beads
Recycling performance of used anti-PA tag antibody-coated magnetic beads was evaluated. Recovery performance with recycled magnetic beads was compared with 2 × SDS sample buffer as eluent. PA tag Washing Solution (product code: 169-27261) was used for regeneration.

It was demonstrated that the recovery of PA tag conjugated EGFP can be increased by repeating competitive elution with PA tag peptide.
