This monoclonal antibody enables the detection of PA tagged fusion proteins. However, the antibody may provide some background signals in the human glioblastoma cell line, LN319, which express human podoplanin at a high level. The absence of cross-reactivity has been confirmed in the cell lines of mice, rats, hamsters, and dogs.
