| Outline | The DYKDDDDK was consisted of 8 amino acids and has been used as the tag for detection and/or purification of recombinant protein. Monoclonal anti DYKDDDDK tag antibody was established by fusing mouse myeloma cells and spleen cells of mice immunized with synthetic DYKDDDDK peptide which was coupled with keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) to mouse. This antibody was purified from mouse ascites. This antibody was conjugated with horse radish peroxidase. This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.
