Outline | A neutralizing agent after decalcification.Hard tissues in bones and teeth are embedded in paraffin after decalcification. Since decalcification with an acidic solution affects post-procedure staining, neutralization process in a time equal to the time taken for decalcification is employed generally using 5 % sodium sulfate solution. |
