| Outline | This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. This product is a fluorescence probe for amyloid-β (Aβ) plaques and neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs).It is is clearly stained Aβ plaques and NFTs with different fluorescence spectra and is available to be used for multispectral imaging.Both Aβ plaques and NFTs is visualized clearly under a blue-violet filter (400-440 nm) by BF-188 staing. In contrast, Aβ plaques and NFTs are detected selectively under violet (380-420 nm) and green filters (510-560 nm) by BF-188 staing, respectively. It promises to be applicable to in vivo imaging because of its superior BBB permeability. |
