| Outline | The GKPIPNPLLGLDST peptide derived from Simian Virus 5 was consisted of 14 amino acids and has been used as the tag for detection and/or purification of recombinant protein. Monoclonal anti V5 antibody was produced by hybridoma clone 6F5. This clone was established by immunization of synthetic GKPIPNPLLGLDST peptide which was coupled with keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) to mouse. This antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on Protein A from mouse ascites. This product is for laboratory use only ; use in any such application is the responsibility of the user. Working Dilution: Western Blot (1:1,000 to 1:10,000), immunoprecipitation (2 to 10 μg/20 μL 10% Protein A or Protein G beads slurry).
