Glutathione S-transferase (GST) has been used as the tag for detection and/or purification of recombinant protein.
Monoclonal Anti GST antibody was produced by hybridoma clone 5A7. This clone was established by fusing mouse myeloma cells and spleen cells of mice immunized with GST protein. This antibody was purified from mouse ascites and was conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
