Outline This product is used for detection of GST fusion recombinant protein by using immunoprecipitation and western blot.
This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.

Glutathione S-transferase (GST) has been used as the tag for detection and/or purification of recombinant protein.
Monoclonal Anti GST antibody was produced by hybridoma clone 5A7. This clone was established by fusing mouse myeloma cells and lymphocytes of mice immunized with GST protein. This antibody was purified from mouse ascites.
