NIPPON GENE's buffers are strictly quality controlled to ensure safe use for molecular biology.

Buffer quality control

A. DNase test

Added 18 μL of buffer to 1 μg of λ/Hind III and pBR322 DNA, incubated at 37°C for 16 hours, and electrophoresed on agarose gel. The pattern was shown not to have changed.

B. RNase test

Added 18 µL of buffer to 2 µg of E. coli 16S and 23S rRNA, incubated at 37°C for 16 hours, and electrophoresed on agarose gel. The pattern was shown not to have changed.

C. Blotting/hybridization test

It has been confirmed that general blotting and hybridization can be performed without interference.

D. Electrophoresis test

It has been confirmed that general electrophoresis can be performed without interference.

E. Ethanol precipitation test

It has been confirmed that general ethanol precipitation can be performed without interference.
