| Outline | This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. KY02111 has been reported to be a compound that induces a differentiation human ES/iPS cells to myocardial cells. KY03-I is a compound that efficiently differentiates into myocardial cells at a lower concentration than KY02111. While several methods for differentiation induction from human ES/iPS cells to myocardial cells have been already reported, these methods require serum or animal derived proteins or expensive cytokines. However, KY compound can induce the differentiation to myocardial cell more efficiently than conventional method without using serum, protein or cytokine. [Minami.
