Do not administer it to human.This kit can isolate extracellular vesicles by PS affinity method using a resin carrier immobilized with phosphatidylserine(PS) such as exosome having PS on the membrane surface conveniently with high purity. It is a kit that uses a nonmagnetic resin carrier and captures extracellular vesicles in a metal ion-dependent manner as like MagCapture Exosome Isolation Kit PS (code 293-77601) using magnetic beads. Extracellular vesicles close to intact under neutral conditions can be eluted with a chelating agent. [Features] - High purity extracellular vesicles can be obtained - It is possible to obtain extracellular vesicles close to intact - Purification by centrifugation only - Optimum protocol setting for each sample volume (1.2 mL - 40 mL) - Ultrafiltration concentration of sample is unnecessary |
