| Outline | The product is a column tube filled with silica gel such as 10 % silver nitrate-silica gel or 22 % sulfuric acid silica gel to be used for the analysis of dioxins according to formula specified in JIS.As a part of pretreatment for the analysis of dioxins, cleanup should be carried out with a multilayer silica gel column with various kinds of chemically-modified silica gel laminated in it. This should be done in order to efficiently remove contaminants such as sulfer containing compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and colored components present in measurement samples. However, filling procedures to prepare the multilayer silica gel columun are extremely complicated. |
