Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. ImmunoSaver is an antigen retrieval reagent for formalin-fixed tissues. This product is useful for the retrieval of a variety of antigens, not only those obtained using traditional methods ^{1, 2)}. Formalin-fixed tissues are known to form a methylene bridge between proteins, masking the antigenic site and reducing antigenicity ³⁾. The antigenicity can be recovered by using this product.Formulation: Citraconic Acid Sodium is included. Procedure: Dilute ImmunoSaver 200 times with distilled water or deionized water. (Note) Do not dilute ImmunoSaver with buffersolution such as PBS. Heat to 98°C. Place the depraffinized tissue sections into the solution and incubate for 45 minutes at 98°C. Procedure:
