Overview / Applications

Outline This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.

c-Myc is a prot-oncogene, which is overexpressed in a wide range of human cancers. A proto-oncogene is a normal gene that can become an oncogene due to mutation or increase of expression.
The partial peptide of c-Myc protein which consists of 10 amino acids, EQKLISEEDL, has been used as the tag for detection and/or purification of recombinant protein.
This product is available for detection of recombinant c-Myc fusion proteins expressed by such as Escherichia coli, yeast, or mammalian cells.
This product is a monoclonal antibody against the EQKLISEEDL.
