Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. An antibody that recognizes CRMP2. It can be used for WB and immunostaining. CRMP2 is phosphorylated by Cdk5 and GSK3 kinase and is involved in neuronal axon elongation. It is reported to be abnormally phosphorylated in the senile plaque in the brain tissue of patients with Alzheimer's disease. Also, its down-regulation is reported in breast cancer tissue.
