Reductive Catalysts (Nitrile)

Nitriles are one of the synthetically useful carbonyl compounds and can be converted to aldehydes or amines by reduction. In particular, the reduction of nitriles to amines is a useful method for synthesizing amines while increasing the carbon number by one carbon, and methods using metal hydrides such as lithium aluminium hydride and THF borane complexes are generally known.
FUJIFILM Wako has a lineup of solid-supported catalysts for flow catalysts that are useful for reduction of nitriles.
