DNA Extractor® FM Kit
This product is a kit for DNA extraction, suitable for forensic materials. It combines rapid dissolution and FUJIFILM Wako's original sodium iodide method, allowing high-yield DNA extraction. This approach resolves problems with DNA testing such as complex DNA extraction and deficient samples with a low yield of DNA.
Features
- This product completely dissolves poorly soluble human hair in about 20 to 40 minutes.
- Does not use harmful organic solvents like phenol or chloroform.
- Without solid-phase extraction, there is no loss of trace amounts of DNA due to adsorption onto a carrier.
- DNA is purified by a sodium iodide method, with a recovery rate of nearly 100%.
- DNA samples suitable for nucleic acid amplification reactions can be obtained.
- Includes most of the reagents necessary for sequential procedures.
