Antigen factor information |
4.1G (Alias: EPB41L2) is one of the ERM family proteins with a molecular weight about 113 kDa. It preserves the formation of cytoplasmic membranve. Recently, it is reported to regulate synaptic location in the retina and normal visuality by using KO mouse. It is also used as a rod cell marker. | ICK (Alias: MRK, LCK2) is a kinase protein with a molecular weight about 71 kDa. It localizes at the tip of cilia regulating cliliary transport. ICK phosphorylates Kif3a and essential for proper cliliogenesis. | Mak (Alias: DJ417M14.2) is a kinase protein with a molecular weight of 71 kDa. It regulates ciliary length by phosphorylating RP1. | Trβ2 (Thyroid hormone receptor beta 2) is a high affinity receptor for triiodothyronine. Trβ2 is required for the development of green cone photoreceptors of embryonic retina. It is also used as a cone cell marker. |
