Phos-tag Biotin is a biotinylated Phos-tag that can be used for the detection of phosphorylated proteins by Western blot.

Features

  • Able to detect phosphorylated proteins with high sensitivity.
  • Phos-tag binding is not dependent on the composition of amino acids.
  • The procedure is similar to conventional Western blot.
