Outline	Wakogel C Series is total porous fractured silica gel with the approximate pore size of 60 angstroms. Open Column Wakosil C Series Full porous spherical silica gel for open column chromatography. Silica gel chromatography has been used for many years as an important method to purify organic substances. Because of its simple structure and easy operation, open column chromatography has been widely used as separation method both in laboratories as well as industries. Traditionally, open column chromatography employs irregular type silica gel with a particle size of 50 to 100 micro-m. When higher resolution is necessary, we offer Wakosil C-200 and C-300 that exhibit higher performance in the same operations as normal open column silica gel. Pore volume: 0.75 (+/-) 0.10 mL/g Specific Surface Area: 475 (+/-) 25 m^2/g Precipitation Volume: 1.5-1.8mL/g Loss on drying: 5.0-10% Particle Size: 64-210um; 80+%, <64um; max. 10%, >210um; max. 5%
