| Outline | <General Reagents>This is also called "Permtit" which is a brand name of so-called "synthetic zeolite ". Because of its nature to adsorb vitamin B1, it is used for quantitative determination of vitamin B1, and is also called "Vitachange". In general, it is composed of Na2O/Al2O3/nSiO2/xH2O. Vitachange needs cleaning with hot water or 3 % acetic acid, etc. and activation treatment before use. On the other hand, activated Vitachange has been already activated. |
