Outline SAFELOOK is a non-carcinogenic and less harmful nucleic acid stain developed to replace ethidium bromide that has mutagenic and/or toxic properties.
SAFELOOK Green Nucleic Acid Stain has an excitation wavelength at 490nm and an emission wavelength at 520nm (bound to DNA) or 635 nm (bound to RNA). It can be used as both precast and post-staining.
