Product Overview
This product is intended for use exclusively as the detection sample for LabAssay™ GLDH (AA Type) (Product Code No. 291-97801) and should be used undiluted. After thawing, gently invert to mix without generating foam (mixing with a roller mixer or by pipetting is recommended). Avoid vigorous shaking, as this may decrease enzyme activity.
After thawing, use on the same day. Do not subject to repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
When LabAssay™ GLDH Control is measured as a sample, the result should fall within ±15% of the assigned value.
Example of Post-Thaw Stability Study
After thawing this product at room temperature, evaluate the measurement values obtained when stored at room temperature and at 4°C.
