Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. This product is a Ca channel antagonist. It inhibits L-type Ca channels and N-type Ca channels. Inhibition of L-type Ca channels leads relaxation of vascular smooth muscles and vasodilation, resulting in the antihypertensive effect. Inhibition of N-type Ca channels leads inhibition of noradrenaline release, resulting in inhibitory effects on heart rate and arterial vasoconstriction.
