| Outline | This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. Coelenterazine h is synthetic derivative of coelenterazine. Luminous intensity of this product as apoaequorin substrate is stronger approximately ten times than coelenterazine. This product can use luminescent imaging as a luminescent substrate for apoaequorin and rennila luciferase. When a complex that is formed this product and luciferase react Ca2+, it shows blue light. Therefore, it's possible to observe change of intracellular Ca2+ concentration. Also, this product can be used for bioluminescence resonance energy transfer (BRET) and dual reporter assay. |
