Oxidative Friedel-Crafts (CDC) Reaction
Oxidative Strecker Reaction
Oxidative aza-Diels-Alder Reaction
Keto-ABNO is a nitroxy radical type oxidation catalyst. Amines are oxidized to their corresponding imines efficiently with copper/keto-ABNO. By reacting of generated imine with a nucleophilic agent, α-amino acid derivative can be obtained. Also, the treatment of imine with a nucleophile gives stereoselective product when chiral ligand is used as asymmetric reaction.
