Outline	Connecting genes of purpose with vector DNA has a great importance as the first step of cloning genes. As difference of ends of DNA fragment varies efficiency of ligation reaction, optimization has been of the essence so far. In addition, usual T4 DNA Ligase takes 1-16 hours to obtain enough efficiency of reaction; therefore it is not easy to achieve high transformation efficiency. "Ligation-Convenience Kit" frees the ligation reaction from such inconvenience. It gives high efficiency in a short time. Features and advantages 1. Ligation-Convenience Kit gives rapid and easy ligation. 2. As 2 X Ligation Mix contains all components needed for ligation, such as reaction buffer, ATP, DTT, T4 DNA Ligase and so on, reaction procedure is just putting same amount of 2 X Ligation Mix and DNA solution together and incubation. 3. Reaction finishes in 5-30 minutes. Concerning length of incubation, it does not matter what kind of ends the DNA fragment has. Finishing reaction, DNA solution can be applied directly to transformation or in vitro packaging as it is. This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.
