Amino Acid Analysis Column

Amino acid composition analysis columns
Wakopak® Wakosil®-PTC

It analyzes the composition of amino acids by phenylisothiocyanate (PITC) derivatizing free amino acids and separating and analyzing the resultant PTC-amino acids using the gradient method.Free amino acids in a sample can easily be derivatized with a phenylisothiocyanate (PITC) reagent, allowing for highly sensitive analysis down to 1 pmol. In addition, amino acids in a protein or peptide sample can be released by hydrochloric acid hydrolysis or other methods and made into PTC derivatives, allowing the amino acid composition in the sample to be analyzed.

Amino acid sequence analysis column for Isocratic Elution
Wakopak® Wakosil® PTH-II

The column for amino acid composition analysis.Free amino acids derivatized to PTC-amino acids are separated and analyzed by the gradient method, and analyze amino acid composition. The free amino acids in a sample can be easily derivatized with a phenyl isothiocyanate (PITC) reagent to provide highly sensitive analysis of up to 1 pmol. In addition, amino acids can be released from samples such as proteins and peptides by hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid etc. and derivatized to PTC-amino acids for amino acid composition analysis of the sample.

Amino acid sequence analysis column for Gradient
Elutiion Wakopak® Wakosil® PTH-GR (S-PSQ)(for Gradient Elution)

This is a column for the primary structure analysis of proteins and peptides. It separates PTH-amino acids using the gradient method.

Amino acid analysis column for HPLC,LC/MS
Wakopak® Ultra APDS TAG®

This is a column for UHPLC that is ideal for the analysis of amino acids derivatized with an amino acid analysis reagent (for LC/MS) (APDS Tag®).
