Aminolinkers (amino-modifying reagents)
Aminolinkers (amino-modifying reagents) are used for terminal modification of oligonucleotides. Oligonucleotides can be chemically modified at an amino group introduced at the terminus. Aminolinkers containing chemically stable primary amine groups are most frequently employed for such chemical modification.
