Puromycin-Sensitive Aminopeptidase (PSA) Fluorescent Probe


DAMPAQ-22 is a fluorescent probe developed based on PAQ-22. Same as PAQ-22, it specifically inhibits PSA activity. It can be used to visualize PSA in vivo.

  • Appearance: White to slightly brown, crystalline powder to powder
  • Solubility: DMSO <10 mmol/L
  • IC50 for PSA: 4.6 μmol/L
    IC50 for APN: >100 μmol/L
  • λex:320 nm / λem:510 nm
    * Excitation wavelength and fluorescence wavelength are not optimized. Please change λex andλem according to your experimental condition and purpose.

Visualization of PSA in MOLT-4 cells

MOLT-4 cells were treated with 10 μmol / L DAMPAQ-22 for 10 minutes.
