General-purpose/high-structure recognition capability

Wakopak® Navi Series (C18 / C22 / C30)

The Wakopak® Navi Series is a packed column for revers-phase HPLC consisting of 3 types of highly purified spherical silica gel with a particle diameter of 5 μm, modified with an octadecyl group (C18), a docosyl group (C22), and a triacontyl group (C30), respectively. Different alkyl chain lengths further broaden the application to HPLC.

Features

  • Ultra-high-purity silica gel
Thoroughly purified silica gel with a particle diameter of 5 μm is used.
  • High endcapping
Endcapping treatment to better characterize high-purity silica gel.
  • 3 different types of resolution
3 types of column increase the scope of analysis.

Applications

Wakopak® Navi C18-5

FUJIFILM Wako uses an octadecyl (C18) packing agent that has been further upgraded with improved ODS group modification and thorough endcapping. It has a wide range of applications and is optimal as a first-choice column.

Wakopak® Navi C22-5

After chemical modification of the docosyl (C22) group, endcapping is performed. It performs higher resolution/retention capability than C18, in the mobile phase with a high water ratio.

Wakopak® Navi C30-5

After polymeric chemical modification of the triacontyl (C30) group, endcapping is performed. The excellent structural recognition ability of the triacontyl group is optimal for homologous analysis. It exhibits specific behavior, such as reverse elution order based on polymeric chemical modifications.
