Q&A

Q:How much Contaminon® is used?

A : Dilute to the concentration described above as the example of use.
Example 1: Adjusting the concentration of Contaminon® B (powder) to 1%
Dissolve 2 spoons of this product (1 scoop = approximately 5 g) in 1 L of tap water before use.
Example 2: Adjusting the concentration of Contaminon® N (concentrated liquid) to 1%
Use 100 mL of this product for 10 L of tap water.

Which of these can be used for ultrasonic cleaning?

A : Contaminon® US does not foam well, so it can be used in ultrasonic cleaners. Other products, which foam well, are not suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaners. * Contaminon® LA also does not foam well, so it is suitable for cleaning automatic analyzers.

Q:How to dispose of Contaminon®?

A : Dilute the liquid used for soaking the instrument with a large amount of water before disposal. Dispose of Contaminon® itself as specified by local regulations.
