H-ORAC Activity Assay Kit

Antioxidants such as polyphenols and carotenoids are substances that may protect cells against the effects of free radicals. There is an increasing interest to antioxidants in recent years due to a range of unique anti-aging properties. The Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) Assay is a reliable tool to evaluate the antioxidant capacity from foods extract. We provide a comprehensive analysis kit according to the standard of the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization, Japan.
