Jackson社 BD Brilliant Violet™ 標識二次抗体
Brilliant Violet 421™(BV421™)とBrilliant Violet 480™(BV480™)は、高輝度で安定性に優れた蛍光色素です。Brilliant Violet 421™ とBrilliant Violet 480™ 標識二次抗体は、紫外・可視領域での多重染色に使用できます。Alexa Fluor® 488、Rhodamine-Red™ -X、Alexa Fluor® 647標識抗体との組み合わせで、蛍光5重染色が可能です。
核対比染色の際には、核染色色素をDAPI(青色蛍光)からDRAQ5™ (遠赤色蛍光)に変更し、Brilliant Violet 421™、Brilliant Violet 480™、 Alexa Fluor® 488 とRhodamine Red™ -X標識抗体をご使用ください。
DRAQ5™ が近赤外領域の蛍光色素であるため、紫～青色域で検出されるBrilliant Violet™ の利用が可能です。
Alexa Fluor® 647は、DRAQ5™ と蛍光波長、励起波長が重なるためご使用いただけません。
